Hi. I’m Amanda and welcome to Amanda & FURiends (previously Amanda’s Happy Tails and Paws). We are an insured Pet Care Company. I understand how stressful it can be when it comes to finding the perfect pet sitter. I’ve been there. The biggest is concern when you can’t be with your fur baby, is that you want to make sure they are taken care of. The happiness, health, and well being of your pet is what all parents want. Your pet(s) will enjoy the one on one attention, playtime, walks, snuggles, and so much more. I treat all the pets I work with just as I treat my own fur babies. Your pets will feel just as happy with me as they do when they are with you. I keep in contact with all my pet parents, through phone calls, texts, FaceTime/Skype, and photos. I look forward to all the pet fun that we will have as well as making some new pet friends.

Jena | Pet Care Specialist
Hi! My name is Jena. I am currently a Biomedical Engineering student. At home, I spend my time with a 2 year old German Shepherd named Lily and a 7 year old miniature pot belly pig named Wilbur. I have been caring for pets my whole life and have a love for all animals. I always seem to have the most fun in the sweet company of dogs and other pets. I will care for your fur babies as if they are my own! I’m so happy to be a part of Amanda & FURiends and I am looking forward to meeting you and spending time with your wonderful furry friends!
Continuing education is important for Amanda & FURiends, because this is more than a side-hustle for us and we strive to be the best in our industry. Our York County, Pennsylvania based pet sitting and dog walking service is the best money can buy.
With that being said, I am happy to announce that we are a Fear Free Certified Professional Pet Business. (Currently working on becoming Level 3 Certified!) The goal of Fear Free Certification is to prevent and alleviate fear, anxiety and stress in your pets. We use positive reinforcement in our interactions with your pets so they look forward to seeing their pet sitter or dog walker walk through the door every time.
Being away from home can be stressful for you, but it doesn’t have to be stressful for your pets. We have the tools and training available to ensure your pets have their own “vacation” while you’re away on your own.
